At Yufid Store Toko Muslim, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our modest fashion collection. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 7 days of receipt provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Package the Item

  Carefully place the unworn item back in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and the original invoice are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send the package to our warehouse address using a trackable shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
